WHAT TO BRING TO THE INFORMATION/REGISTRATION MEETING

your child candidate
a copy (not the original) of your child's Roman Catholic Baptismal certificate (elegibility for sacraments in the Catholic Church are only to those who are baptized in the Catholic Church, proven by certificate). PLEASE NOTE Registration can only take place if you have provided a copy of a Catholic Baptismal cert.
$50.00 registration donation
the completed Registration Form - go to our parish website and download the form, fill it out and bring it to the parent information meeting.

SPONSORS

It is good for you to consider early who will serve as your child's Confirmation sponsor. Note, however, that it is not absolutely necessary to have a sponsor. Those who are asked to be sponsors must be over 16-years-old or older at time of Confirmation themselves, must be baptized in the Roman Catholic Church and must have received the Sacrament of Confirmation themselves. They must be living a Catholic way of life, practising their faith by regular Sunday Mass attendance and if married, having been married in the Catholic Church. The sponsor serves as an example and model to the candidate who is to be Confirmed.

Further information about the Confirmation Mass will be emailed out to all of those who have attended the Parent Information Meeting and registered their child for the Sacrament
